I stopped weighing myself on the scale, stopped being so particular about every calorie I ate, and I stopped hating my body and working against it.
Getting LEAN is NOT the same a losing weight.
My advice: Forget the scale.
Weighing yourself is absolutely useless.
Instead focus on how you look & feel.
I use progress pictures and the mirror as my guide to whether I'm making progress or not and I worry less about the minute details and more about the overall picture.
I lift weights, sprint. hike, and do yoga because I love to!
I no longer run on the treadmill or ride the elliptical or do any boring fitness that I don't love.
